Really nice staff but outdated rooms

The front desk staff and breakfast team were incredibly friendly. I was greeted with smiles, and even on a busy morning, help was always offered. The lobby had an inviting modern decor that created a nice first impression.

Unfortunately, the room itself felt pretty neglected. Old decorations, a broken heating unit, and inconsistent hot water made for a less comfortable stay. It felt like they were in the midst of renovations but hadn't completed the work in the rooms.

Even with these issues, the staff was generally responsive, stepping in to help when needed, especially during breakfast rushes when things got hectic. Housekeeping could use more consistency, as I had to request replenishments for toiletries. I definitely noticed a few cleanliness lapses around the common areas that could be easily improved to enhance guest experience.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness centre, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped serve my elderly parents, which I still remember. I highly recommend it.

the room had old carpets with stains on them , and the hygiene could’ve been better. but the staff was super friendly , and the breakfast buffet had lots of choices. the workout room was nice and clean too.

I had a great time with my friends! The hotel was close to local attractions like the Airway Family Fun Center and the AirZoo, which made it easy for us to explore. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved having a spacious setting for gatherings in the event space.

One downside was the minimal room cleaning during our stay. we did have to request toiletries a couple of times.
